The UK government has funded our project called STATUS to help NHS Trusts with Mobile Transformation in parallel with the Five Year Forward Plan for Digital Transformation and achieving the objective of being "Paper-Free" by 2020.
We are able to look at the staff resource along with the IT assets that are in place and view how the mobile devices are performing. This enables you to see where cost savings and productivity opportunities exist and more importantly, where problems are occuring that effect user engagement and user experience.
Fortunately Mobile Transformation requires no staff training, no need to change anything and therefore equates to no risk.
The NHS estimate the improvements to be worth between £100 - £1,500 per remote worker. Assuming you have 1,000 staff this equates to £100,000 to £1.5 million a month.
How can we make this a reality? We do a baseline analysis to show what you have and how well it is performing. This takes about a month. We then have a framework for ongoing improvements.
